We are excited to officially announce a significant milestone in our journey as a trusted general contractor in Indonesia. 

PT. Umira Sinergi Global has successfully signed a contract with our esteemed client for the development of UMI Hotel, a premium hospitality project located in Pecatu, Uluwatu, Bali.

This contract signing marks the beginning of a new collaboration built on trust, shared vision, and a commitment to excellence. The project, named UMI Hotel, is scheduled to begin construction in April 2025 and will be developed on a total land area of 2,031 square meters, with a total building area of 4,035.79 square meters.

Designed with modern tropical architecture and lush greenery, UMI Hotel is envisioned to become a serene getaway for both local and international guests. The hotel will feature multiple building blocks with extensive landscaping, pools, and facilities that emphasize relaxation, elegance, and harmony with nature.

OUR GREEN COMMITMENT

As part of our responsibility in shaping a more sustainable future, Umira Sinergi Global is committed to integrating green construction practices into this project: 

- Eco-Friendly Materials: We prioritize the use of low-impact and locally sourced building materials to reduce the project’s carbon footprint. 

- Smart Waste Management: Our team implements waste sorting and recycling systems on-site to minimize construction waste and promote environmental responsibility. 

- Preservation of Natural Surroundings: During construction, we commit to protecting existing vegetation and minimizing disruption to the natural terrain and biodiversity of the site.
