On 5th November 2025, PT Umira Sinergi Global officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Phase 2 Construction of Block D at the SandatMas Hotel Project. This event marks the beginning of the next stage of development, enhancing the hotel's comfort, functionally, and appeal as a leading destination in the area.
The Phase 2 construction includes the development of the lobby, parking area, and rooftop, designed to elevate guest experience and operational efficiency. The lobby will feature a modern and elegant design as the hotel's main welcoming area, the spacious parking area will ensure convenience for guests and staff, and the rooftop will serve as a multifunctional space offering a stunning panoramic view.
The ceremony was attended by company management, project teams, and the owner, who all share high hopes for a smooth, safe, and timely construction process.
