Monthly Coordination Meeting
To maintain strong coordination and consistent progress across all departments, Umira Sinergi Global conducted its Monthly Coordination Meeting on June 28 - 29th, 2025. This monthly agenda is a vital forum for leadership project teams, and supporting departments to evaluate our ongoing initiatives, align strategies, and enhance inter-departmental collaboration.
The meeting brought together more than 20 key team members, including Board of Directors, project managers, engineers, finance, procurement, and business development representative. Everyone participated actively, showing great dedication and synergy in pushing the company's mission forward.
Agenda Highlights:
Project Progress Reports
Each team presented updates on current project timelines, including ongoing villa constructions near Suluban Beach and Ungasan. Project milestones were reviewed, and any critical bottlenecks were discussed with proposed action plans.
Operational Coordination & Challenges
Departments shared challenges experienced on-site and in logistics. Discussions focused on improving material delivery schedules, labor coordination, and communication flows between field and office teams.
Financial Overview & Forecasting
The Finance and Accounting team delivered a summary of budget realization, highlighting both achievements and variances. Forecasting for Q3 2025 was also discussed to ensure financial discipline.
SHE & Compliance Updates
A brief on safety, health and environmental (SHE) matters was presented. It emphasized continued training for site workers, upcoming safety audits, and improvements in PPE compliance.
Planning & Strategy
The meeting concluded with a forward-looking discussion on strategic priorities for next quarter, including expansion opportunities and stronger internal systems to support growth.
